| Payment terms: | Payment for the products supplied under the contract (a separate stage of the contract) shall be made by the Buyer within 30 calendar days from the date of the Buyer's signing of the product acceptance document and the provision by the Supplier of the documents specified in clause 3.4 of the contract (subject to the requirements for their registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation Federation and contract). The originals of the documents specified in this clause are transmitted by the Supplier to the Buyer in any manner that allows reliably determining the date of such transfer. Settlements under the Contract are made by transferring money from the Buyer's current account to the Supplier’s current account or, by agreement of the Parties, by transferring promissory notes and other securities as payment according to the transfer and acceptance act. The date of payment shall be the date of debiting funds from the Buyer's current account or the date of signing of the transfer and acceptance act of bills of exchange and other securities. No advance payment is provided. |
