Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment shall be made upon delivery of the products to the Buyer's warehouse within 30 calendar days. The price shall include the cost of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
The products shall be delivered using the supplier's resources (the supplier's vehicle/ transportation company) within 2 weeks after signing of the supply agreement. The products shall be new, not reconditioned.

Comments: 1. Replacement with equivalent products is not allowed.
2. Indispensable condition is that constituent documents shall be provided: -Charter; -Certificate of Registration with the Tax Authorities (INN number); -Certificate of State Registration of a Legal Entity (OGRN primary state registration number); -Extract from URSLE (minimum validity period: 90 days); -Resolution (protocol) to appoint a chief executive officer or a letter of authorization to enter into agreement; -Company card with indication of bank details, addresses, phone numbers, etc. signed by the chief executive officer or by the chief accountant.
3. Quality certificate, safety certificate as well as other documents certifying the quality. The documents shall be in Russian. 4.
