Товар должен быть новым и ранее неиспользованным, качество товара и комплектность поставляемого товара должны соответствовать стандартам, техническим условиям, сертификату завода-изготовителя, стандартным и иным требованиям, установленным действующим законодательством РФ.
Проверка Товара по качеству осуществляется в процессе эксплуатации.
Если при проверке по качеству будет обнаружено несоответствие Товара гарантии завода изготовителя, Поставщик осуществляет замену товара на соответствующий по качеству.
Гарантия на товар не менее 24 месяцев.
