Due to the need for July - September 2021, a competition for the supply of gloves for employees of "Tander" JSC is held.
Terms of delivery of goods: delivery by force and at the expense of the supplier to all specified RC (list is attached to the competition).
Orders are placed according to buyer's need, in batches during the period of cooperation.
The unit of measure is a pair.
Mandatory condition: testing the sample before signing the contract (strict compliance with TK).
Fixing the price to 01.10.2021.
The buyer, if necessary (change in the need for volumes) has the right to reduce/increase unilaterally (according to Art. 450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) the amount of equipment, by 30% (both in the direction of increase and downside).
Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

The procurement participant may repeatedly improve their price offer until the end of submission of applications.
Only one legal entity can take part in the competition procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. OTHERWISE is regarded as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the removal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
