Auto-extension

All participants without fail provide a package of documents according to the list (proposals of participants who did not provide documentation will NOT be considered):
- copy of the charter (constituent documents)
- certificate of entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) and an extract from the register
- certificate of state registration of amendments to the constituent documents of a legal entity
- certificate of registration with the tax authority
- Extract from the EGRPO (Goskomstat codes)
- Decision of the founder / shareholder, Protocol of the general meeting of shareholders / participants, Order of appointment
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities issued no later than 30 days before the date of conclusion of the contract (copy);
- A document confirming the authority of the person signing the contract (power of attorney, protocol (decision) of the founders on the appointment of the head of the legal entity, etc.) (copy);
- Counterparty card indicating all necessary details of the legal entity: location, postal address, bank details, contact numbers (copy).
- Certificates, documents confirming the right to be an official representative (dealer))

- reviews of consumers with experience working with the applicant
- financial statements (form No. 1 and form No. 2) for the last reporting year with a mark of acceptance by the tax authority (copy);
- income tax returns for the last reporting period and for the year preceding the current one, with a note of acceptance by the tax authority (copy);
- VAT returns for the previous 2 reporting quarters with a note of acceptance by the tax authority (copy);
- information on the average number of employees for the last reporting year (form according to KND 1110018) (copy);
- property tax return for the last reporting year with a note from the tax authority on acceptance (copy);
- certificate of ownership, lease, letter from the lessor, etc., confirming the ownership or other right to use the premises, the address of which is indicated in the constituent documents as the location of the potential counterparty
- certificate from the Federal Tax Service, confirming the absence of an unfulfilled obligation to pay taxes, fees, insurance premiums, fines and other obligatory payments payable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees
