Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:terms of payment: Payment is made by the buyer within 30 (thirty) working days from receipt of the goods and the buyer signing the uniform call tag (form Torg-12 approved by the Goskomstat of Russia from 25.12.98 N 132) subject to the receipt of the invoice from the supplier, an invoice based on the signed agreement by transferring money to the bank account of the provider.

BIDDERS for information!
1. Reception of application forms for participation in the tender is held on the electronic platform of Business-Center before 05.10.2017 15-00. The application should attach a scan completed applicant information and experience works (supply) of similar products.
2. Access to technical and commercial part of the solicitation documents, as well as to the draft Treaty will be carried out after checking up to 12.10.2017 15-00
3. The deadline for submitting tender proposals and the technical part of the tender autopsy applicants-27.10.2017 14-15
