This request for proposals is not regulated by Art. 447- 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and is not an offer of the Customer.
The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the request for commercial proposals at any time without incurring any responsibility to suppliers
