Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and the signing by the Buyer of the unified form of the consignment note (in the form TORG-12, approved by the Resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 25.12.98 N 132), subject to receipt from the Supplier of an invoice issued on the basis of the signed agreement by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account.

Delivery of goods is made at the request for the purchase of the inventory in accordance with the actual need according to the delivery schedule, but not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of filing the application
