Обоснование: На основании подпункта 7.7.12. пункта 7.7 главы 7 Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг ООО «Сочиводоканал» - не предоставлена форма по ОКУД 0710001 (бухгалтерский баланс), техническая часть заявки не соответствует закупочной документации: согласно технического заключения поданная заявка не содержит наименование организации-производителя и марку указанного оборудования, в связи с чем, проведение технического анализа не представляется возможным
