Payment for the delivered Goods is carried out within 60-90 calendar days from the Date of delivery of the Goods on the basis of the original invoice and invoice of the Supplier.

Transport costs are included in the price.
The delivery of the Goods is carried out in separate batches, during the term of the contract, the quantity and range of each batch are determined by agreement of the Parties in writing based on the Buyer's application, taking into account the Buyer's needs.
Delivery (shipment) of the Goods is carried out on the basis of an agreed (approved) application of the Buyer, within the time frame in accordance with the terms of the contract. The approximate time for approval of the application is 3-7 days. (Please take these dates into account when specifying the delivery time).
Proposals from providers meeting the following conditions are accepted for consideration:
1. Delivery is carried out according to the customer's application (adjustment is possible in agreement with the customer).
2. Delivery prices remain unchanged for the entire period of the contract or until 31.12.2023, if there is a current contract with a shorter validity period.
3. The submitted offer contains an agreement signed by the tenderer without controversy.
4. Shipping costs are included in the cost of the Goods, including the replacement of rejected products.
5. The supplier carries out the required customs procedures in accordance with applicable law. The Supplier makes customs payments at his own expense. (if necessary)
6. The Supplier provides the following documents with the Goods:
- Mandatory to provide permission to use the Goods;
- certificate of conformity for the Goods;
- quality certificate;
- technical documentation necessary for the use of the Goods; (passport, operating instructions, warranty)
- a document confirming the warranty obligations for the Goods;
- documents confirming the passage of all customs procedures; (if necessary)
documents according to the terms of reference for the purchase of centralizers for each sublot individually
submission of a report on laboratory tests of the dissolution of the ball, in conditions identical to the well (according to the requirements of the TOR)
- It is required to provide recommendations from the manufacturer on the modes of port activation using balls (according to the requirements of the TOR, clause 3.1)
All documentation is provided in Russian. In the case of the delivery of imported equipment, the Supplier translates the documentation into Russian at its own expense.
7. Payment for the delivered Goods is carried out within 60-90 calendar days from the Date of delivery of the Goods on the basis of the original invoice and invoice of the Supplier.
8. Any additional costs, including those related to the covid-19 situation, are covered by the Contractor and do not affect the prices indicated in this offer until the expiration date, namely December 31, 2023.
The balls are used to open hydraulic fracturing sleeves during the production of hydraulic fracturing (for multistage hydraulic fracturing).
Requirements for supporting documentation:
It is required to provide the manufacturer's recommendations on the modes of activation of ports using balls (the minimum and maximum speed of the ball for activation (in terms of the flow rate at Dw = 97mm is minimal), to exclude cases of deformation of the ball-saddle assembly, as well as the influence proppant concentration per ball-seat assembly upon activation and determination of permissible proppant concentration values upon port activation.
An individual passport in Russian must be provided for each product unit. The passport must be certified by the seal of the manufacturer and contain the signature of the person responsible for the release of the product.

Ø the value of the maximum pressure at which the ball is destroyed;
Ø for a dissolving / decomposing ball, a graph of the dependence of the change in diameter on the time of dissolution / decomposition of the ball and a graph of the dependence of change in mass on the time of dissolution / decomposition of the ball, indicating the conditions under which the ball dissolves / decomposes.

For this type of product, permits (certificate of conformity, permission to use) of Gosgortekhnadzor and Gosstandart of the Russian Federation must be submitted (one copy must be notarized in Russian and submitted before the delivery of the equipment).
Supplier guarantees:
1. The manufacturer guarantees free elimination of defects in the shortest possible time if they are found during acceptance or during storage of the goods in conditions that meet the requirements of the manufacturer, by replacing them with a similar product during the warranty period.
2. The fact of poor quality or incompleteness of the equipment, as well as its failure, must be certified by the appropriate act, and in case of disagreement - also by the decision of the technical expertise appointed by both parties.
3. The supplier guarantees the delivery of the product ready for use and does not require further modification.
Marking requirements:
Each product unit (ball) on the packaging must have the following markings:
- An identification number
- Name
- Size, indicating the tolerance according to ND
- Packing date
- Batch number
Packaging:
1. Each box must have a sticker with the following information:
- Manufacturer's name;
- Product name / code
- Batch number;
- Equipment information;
- Packing and shipping date:
- Net weight (gross).
2. Each unit of product (ball) must be in sealed packaging, as well as packaging to protect it from exposure to sunlight.
3. Equipment packaging must ensure the safety of the supplied equipment and tools from mechanical damage during storage, transportation and be suitable for moving with a crane.
4. The package must have indicators of the presence of the top and special indicators of places for safe loading / unloading by a crane.

4. The pricing mechanism must be consistent throughout the delivery period.
