Auto-extension

Comments:
1. The participant as part of the application for participation in the procurement provides a complete list of documents (attached). If the requested documents are not provided, the application for participation in the procurement is not considered. The documents must be in Excel format and scanned with the signature of an official authorized to sign;
Labeling, packaging, transportation and storage of products must comply with GOST, TU;
2. The goods are considered accepted after passing the entrance control (visual inspection, mechanical properties, compliance with certificates with markings and tags);
3. The offered products must be new, not pledged;
4. Delivered products that do not meet the requirements of GOST, technical specifications that have not passed the entrance control are returned back at the expense of the supplier;
5. The purchase is carried out on the terms of an option +/- 100% of the volume of the concluded contract (An option means the Buyer's right to reduce (-) or increase (+) the quantity of Goods delivered under the contract without changing the remaining terms of the contract, including without changing the price);
6. The prices indicated in the purchase application must be fixed by 31.07.2023. Attach a free-form confirmation letter;
7. Application deadline date and time: no later than 14 working days from the start date of application submission to 14-00 (Moscow time);
8. Payment is made within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to the Consignee's warehouse (other conditions offered by the participant).
9. The purchase is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
