Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. To their proposals in electronic form to participants of this procedure IT IS NECESSARY to attach the applicant's APPLICATION and documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with submission of the offer and the file in the form of scanned copy of its Commercial proposal signed by the authorized person and stamped by the organization-participant of this procedure (form attached). In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.

5. Terms of delivery: Delivery is carried out by forces and at the expense of the supplier to the buyer's warehouse.
To provide on request offers must attach:
- Partner Card;
- Application (Form № 1);
- Commercial Offer (Form № 2);
- Certificate of TIN;
- Buch. Balance for 2016-2018;
- VAT declaration for 2017-2018
- Documents confirming the quality of products.
- Guarantee letter of unconditional signing of the contract in the editorial office of the buyer.
- Letter of guarantee that the products are new, not used.
- A letter that the commercial proposal is calculated in full compliance with the TK.
ALL DOWNLOADABLE DOCUMENTS MUST BE NAMED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR CONTENT
The cost must be specified taking into account the delivery to the buyer's warehouse. The validity of the offer from the participants is not less than 60 days.
The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, documents confirming the quality.
Providing samples of overalls is preferable.
Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).

All products will pass the entrance control.
Offer only quality products.
On the site and in the commercial offer to specify the price including VAT, delivery and the declared volume.
IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ABSENCE OF CERTIFICATES, THE ORGANIZER HAS THE RIGHT NOT TO CONSIDER THIS OFFER.
