Payment terms:
Payment by the Customer is made by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery. The Price of the contract includes the value of the Goods, as well as all expenses of the supplier for transportation, insurance, payment Customs duties, taxes, costs related to delivery, including remuneration for the Organization of carriage (by any transport), railway fare, including the payments due to the carrier (if the delivery is carried out by rail Transport), not multi-turn containers, packaging (labelling) of products, loading works, expenses for registration of transportation documents, permits, delivery/cleaning of wagons at the station of departure, motor transport costs, security services and other Mandatory payments.
The Application submitted by the participant, who is the subject of small and medium business, which has offered the terms of payment for more than 30 calendar days in the Application, can be accepted by the Purchasing Commission and will be considered as an Application with deferred payment in 30 Calendar days.
Participant may suggest his own payment terms.
