1.This competitive procedure for the selection of a Supplier is a request for commercial proposals, is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 and 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. 2. The proposal must be uploaded, after which the documentation will be checked.
3. The Bidder must submit an offer in the form of an estimate, a complete set of documents (see constituent documents for a legal entity), with a reference list with similar work experience attached.
4. Incomplete Commercial Proposals are not accepted for tender.
5. An organization/documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the Bid Notice may be rejected by the Organizer without explanation and recognized as this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant, does not meet the requirements of this competitive procedure.
6. The winner of the competitive bidding process is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, based on the results of all cumulative factors (price, agreement with payment terms, availability /absence of advance payment, due date, accreditation in the security service).
7. The agreement will be concluded with another legal entity.
