Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:form of payment: Cashless payments.
All payments under the contract are made in cashless by transfer of funds from the buyer's settlement account to the bank account of the provider.
The buyer's obligation to pay shall be deemed executed since the debiting of settlement account of the buyer.
Payment is made by the buyer for each party in 100% size, by transferring money to the bank account of the provider within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing marketable invoice or UPD confirming delivery of the goods, and obtain a valid invoices (provided that the Supplier is a VAT payer).
Delivery terms:within 90 calendar days from the date of signing of the contract.
Delivery of goods is carried out in full or in batches, when preliminary harmonization of the date and time of delivery.
Possible early delivery by agreement of the parties.
