Comments:
- The procedure for requesting proposals is not a Tender (the form of bidding) provided for in Art.447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to enter into a contract or terminate the procedure for requesting commercial offers at any time without bearing any responsibility to the suppliers.
- Replacement of the declared products with a similar one shall not lead to a deterioration of the technical and operational characteristics of the offered products. The offered products must be certified and must be supplied with all the necessary documentation.
- Transportation costs are indicated for the entire volume of the products offered separately and are not included in the cost of production.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
