Payment terms:Payment under the civil contract will be made by the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier within 60 (sixty) days after the delivery of the goods after duly decorated and signed by both Parties of the Act (Acts) of receiving-transfer of goods, commodity (commodity and transport) consignment note and on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier (invoices). No Advance is foreseen.
Delivery terms:Delivery of goods is carried out within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
