Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and signing by the Buyer of the unified form of the consignment note (in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12, approved by the resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 12/25/98 N 132), subject to receipt from the Supplier of an invoice issued on the basis of a signed contract and an invoice issued in accordance with in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account.

Bidders PROCEDURES FOR INFORMATION!
1. Acceptance of bids for participation in the tender takes place on the electronic platform B2B-Center Platform until 01/26/2024 16-00. The bid must be accompanied by scans of completed information about the applicant, experience of relevant deliveries.
2. The rebidding date will be indicated additionally.
3. The cost of offers is indicated in rubles for the full volume of delivery excluding VAT.
4. Commercial offers without the necessary attachments according to the Instructions to the applicant (clause 14) may not be allowed to rebidding.

Note: this price request is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
