Participation of small and medium businesses
Organizer has initiated the bidding only for small and medium businesses to participate. Verification of compliance with the criteria for being qualified as small and medium businesses is to be performed by the organizer.

Payment terms:option # 1
Based on the provider's account "," Buyer "makes a down payment amounting to 30% of the value of the products delivered to the account of" Supplier "within 20 (twenty) working days from the date of invoice and irrevocable bank guarantee on all the amount of the advance payment. The Bank-guarantor and the text of the bank guarantee shall be coordinated with the "customer". Bank guarantee period should expire 30 working days after the date of completion of all work under the contract.
"The contractor is obliged to provide an invoice for the amount of the advance payment within 5 days after receipt of advance payment on account.
The final calculation is made of the "Buyer" within 20 (twenty) working days after receipt of products, based on original documents correctly: invoices, product-invoice. Final payment of withholding at a rate of 2.5% (guarantee of retention) of the contract value.
The remaining 2.5% of the value of the contract will be awarded "Supplier" following the expiration of the applicable warranty period. This amount represents retention monies may be paid before the expiration of the "Provider" warranty period in the case of "Buyer" an irrevocable bank guarantee for the remaining amount of the deductions (2.5% of the value of the contract) with an expiration date not earlier than the end of the warranty period.
Costs of formalization of this obligation imposed on the "Provider".
