This procedure is not a marketing study trades (competition or auction), and it is not governed by articles 447-449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, as well as not governed by p. 2 art. 3 sees the Federal Law No. 223-FZ "on procurement of goods, works and services certain types of legal entities". Marketing research this procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by the articles of part two 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure of marketing research does not impose on the organiser of an appropriate level of civil obligations.
