Payment terms:
Payment delivered goods shall be carried out within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods on the basis of the original invoice and the invoice of the supplier.
Delivery terms:
the required delivery time: from 3 to 15 days. Transportation costs are included in the price. Basis of delivery: customer's warehouse. Delivery of goods by instalments, takes place during the term of the agreement. The number and variety of each Party shall be determined by agreement of the parties in writing on the basis of the application of the purchaser, taking into account the needs of the buyer and time according to the application and the terms of the Treaty. Supply prices remain constant for the entire period of validity of the contract until the 31.12.2018 years (unless otherwise noted). To consider the suggestions of the providers that perform the following conditions:
1. Delivery is carried out according to the customer's application (correction on agreement with customer). 2. Supply prices remain unchanged for the entire duration of the contract. 3. In the offer there are signed by the offeror contract without differences. The offeror may submit a discrepancy report to the form of a treaty, but a preference for TC may be given to Vendors who took the form of a treaty as amended by the buyer. 4. Transportation costs are included in the price of the goods. 5. Basis of delivery: customer's warehouse. 6. The supplier carries out the required customs procedures in accordance with applicable law. Customs carries out Supplier at its own expense. (if necessary) 7. The supplier provides the goods the following documents: - Be sure to provide permission for use of the goods and the certificate of compliance (quality) of the goods; - TD TR TS - technical documentation necessary for use of the goods; (passport, manual); - document confirming the warranty for the goods; - documents confirming passage of all customs procedures; (if necessary) All documentation is available in the Russian language. In case of delivery of imported equipment Supplier, at its own expense carries out the translation of documentation into Russian language.
Comments: 1. All questions regarding the procedure, please ask using functional ETP (requests for clarification). 2. To their proposals electronically to participants of this procedure until the opening attach all necessary documents simultaneously with the filing of the proposal, signed and stamped by the authorized person of the Organization of the party in this procedure. In the event of failure or improper execution of this procedure a party Organizer procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the party. Offer validity suppliers-not less than 6 months. 3. Supplier must be the manufacturer or authorized dealer of the manufacturer or distributor (documents party provides simultaneously with the offer). 4. Pricing mechanism must be constant for the entire period of delivery.
Note: This request for proposals is not a competition notice (public competition) or public offer and is not governed by art. 447-449 h. 1 CIVIL CODE, art. 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the organiser of adequate civil legal liabilities and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to stop the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to participants.
