Payment terms:advance payment in the amount of 30% of the price of the Agreement within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after the conclusion of the Agreement on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier and provided that the Supplier provides the Buyer with security for the return of the advance payment under the terms of the Agreement. The final settlement is carried out by the Buyer in respect of the Goods accepted by the Buyer in rubles within a period of not more than 45 (Forty five) calendar days from the date of acceptance by the Buyer of the relevant Goods (from the date of signing by the Buyer of the TTN or UPD).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
