Руководствуясь условиями Закупочной документации открытого запроса цен №246892 на поставку ручного инструмента и материалов для выполнения отделочных и ремонтных работ для нужд ОАО «ИСКОМ» п.2.4.3. «…2.4.3. При отсутствии предложений на участие в запросе цен или получении организатором закупки менее двух предложений, запрос цен, проводимый на ЭТП признается несостоявшимся…», а также на основании ст. 447 ГК РФ предлагается признать конкурентную процедуру не состоявшейся.
