Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of products to the consignee's warehouse within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and provision of original invoices, waybills, copies of waybills with the recipient's mark.
The validity period of the suppliers' offer is at least 30 days.
Delivery terms:
The delivery time of the goods is within 10 (ten) working days from the date of conclusion of the delivery contract.
All shipping costs to the Buyer's warehouse and other costs must be included in the product price. The products must be new.

Comments: 1. Please ask all questions about the procedure with the help of the functionality of the E-Marketplace (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, the Bidders of this procedure MUST, before the bids opening, attach the applicant's Application Form and the documents according to the application form simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the Bidder organization of this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this Bidder.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the Bidder provides supporting documents at the same time as the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. The delivered goods must be accompanied by: - a copy of the certificate of conformity confirming compliance with the requirements of TR CU 018/2011 "On the safety of wheeled vehicles".
Note: this request for proposals is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
