- an advance payment of 50% of the cost of the ordered consignment is made within 3 (three) business days from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the invoice for payment. In this case, the Supplier shall invoice the ordered products within 2 (two) calendar days after the Buyer submits the application;
- final settlement is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the consignment note for the supply of the corresponding consignment of goods.
