1. Analogues are considered, but not inferior in quality to those that have.
2. Options for providing equipment (dispensers) for use are considered.
3. Agreement with the draft supply agreement and annexes, for goods, see the section: "Procurement documentation"
4. The winner of the procedure must provide scanned copies of documents according to the attached list in the "Procurement documentation" section
5. The deadline for fixing prices in rubles at the stage of concluding an agreement with the winner I until the full fulfillment of obligations under the agreement.
