Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
payment product is made by the buyer with a delay not later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of heading of the invoice (Torg-12) and subject to the provision of the following documents:
- Original commodity product invoice signed by the parties executed on form Torg-12-3 an instance;
- The original invoice for 100% of the price of products-1 copy;
- Accompanying documents in accordance with the Treaty-1 copy;
- A copy of the transport documents with the appropriate note on sending products (stamp of departure station, or etc.)-1 instance.
Calculations are made under contract by transferring money to the bank account of the provider.
