Auto-extension

Оплата производится в размере 100% стоимости Продукции не ранее 30, но не более 60 календарных дней с даты подписания Сторонами товарной накладной (ТОРГ-12). Расчеты за поставляемую продукцию могут производиться, как денежными средствами, так и ценными бумагами и с использованием других форм расчетов, предусмотренных действующим законодательством РФ.
