Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
the maximum amount under the contract is set up to 499 900 (four hundred ninety-nine thousand nine hundred) rubles 0000 kop., including VAT.
The contract price is fixed and cannot be changed during the term of the contract, except for the cases stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The established contract price includes the price of the goods, packaging, labelling, transportation costs of the goods to the place of delivery, costs of unloading of the goods at the place of delivery, as well as all taxes, duties, fees and other mandatory payments that the provider has to pay in connection with the implementation of the obligations under the contract in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Payment for the goods under the contract shall be carried out upon delivery of the goods (consignment) within 30 (thirty) calendar days after providing the documents to the buyer under the agreement and signing merchandise invoice form Torg-12.
