Non-cash settlement of accounts - Payment order - Extension of payment: 60 days after delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
Delivery period: July - August 10, 2016. The price of the products shall include the cost of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. The Agreement shall only be as worded by OOO Mechel-Coke.

The suggested validity period of an offer shall be at least 15 calendar days starting from the day following the expiration of the bid submission deadline; 3. Requirement – quality certificates and certificates of origin are required. 4. Requirement – the quotation signed by the authorized person and bearing the company seal shall be uploaded; 5. The Agreement shall be strictly as worded by the Buyer (see the attached versions), statements of disagreements will not be accepted; 6. Simultaneously with submission of an offer it is required to submit the documents given in the List of the Documents. 7. Concerning participation in the purchase procedure you may contact the persons specified on the notification and the purchase documentation for clarifications. As well as for consulting on the issues of registration on the marketplace, various methods and order of submission of bids. 8. Please, note that this request procedure is not a variety of a tender/ auction/ public offer and it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation. When conducting the request for quotations/ proposals, the invitation to the interested persons to participate along with the documentation for the request procedure are the invitation for the suppliers to make offers to the Organizer of the purchase procedure; the application bid is the offer of a Potential Bidder in the request for quotations/ proposals. The Organizer is not bound to enter into the agreement following the results of the procedure;
