Comments:
- The procedure for requesting proposals is not a Tender (the form of bidding) provided for in Art.447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to enter into a contract or terminate the procedure for requesting commercial offers at any time without bearing any responsibility to the suppliers.
- Replacement of the claimed products with a similar one shall not lead to a deterioration of the technical and operational characteristics of the proposed products.
