Comments:
- The procedure for requesting proposals is not the Competition (form of bidding) provided by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the procedure of requesting commercial offers at any time without incurring any responsibility to suppliers.
- Replacement of declared products with similar products should not result in deterioration of the technical and performance characteristics of the proposed products.
