Comments: the planting material must be healthy, compact and clean. The form of planting material, colouring of shoots and leaves is characteristic for this kind and variety. The planting material must be well formed and have a closed root system.
The entire planting material must conform to the claimed quantity and size. The planting material should not be infected with pests and diseases.
According to phytosanitary condition the planting material must meet the following requirements:
- Absence of viral, fungal and bacterial diseases on stems, leaves and root system.
- Absence of external signs of defeat: On the leaves of gray rot; On stems – different spots and rot; On the root system-rot root cervical, darkening and rotting roots, the presence of fading lower leaves due to the destruction of plants cardiovascular diseases;
- Absence of external signs of presence of pests (deformation of leaves and change of their colouring, presence of signs of a merging, curvature, twisting of vegetative parts of plants;
- Planting material should not have traces of toxic chemicals
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
