This price monitoring is carried out in order to determine the list of potential suppliers for subsequent work.

It is necessary to attach a technical and commercial proposal with a seal and signature, a specification in accordance with the attached form, a scheme for placing shelves with an indication of storage locations.

This procurement procedure is not a tender or auction and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procurement procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the customer and the organizer of the purchase an appropriate amount of civil obligations for the mandatory conclusion of a contract with the winner of the procurement procedure or other participants who took second and subsequent places when the winner evaded signing the contract.
