Special conditions for submitting an offer: The information provided by the Bidder when filling out the relevant forms in the System interface should not contradict the information provided by the Bidder in the documents uploaded to the System as an bid for participation in the procedure.
In case of detection of a contradiction, up to its elimination, the information specified by the Bidder when filling out the appropriate forms in the System interface takes precedence. If a contradiction is found, the Bidder's bid will be rejected by the Organizer from consideration. In the future, the Organizer reserves the right to establish for the Bidder who made a contradiction a ban on participation in subsequent Calls for Bidding of the Organizer for a certain period or indefinitely.
