Auto-extension

Payment terms:
1. Payment is cashless in the form of a 50% prepayment of the loan amount and 50% payment upon delivery, installation of products and the provision of all documents confirming delivery within 15 (fifteen) working days. 2. If the present contract will be concluded with an individual, in accordance with articles 224, 226, 228 the tax code of the Russian Federation the employer as a tax agent will deduct income tax at a rate of 13% of the amount payable under this agreement and will transfer to the budget on the place of registration of tax agent in the tax authority.
