Payment terms:An advance of 50% of the value of the Goods is paid within 10 (ten) business days from the date of conclusion of the contract. Payment of the second payment in the amount of 50% of the cost of the Goods is paid by the Buyer within 10 (ten) business days after the signing of the bill of lading or the Act by both Parties and the Buyer receives the invoice and other documents required for settlements stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

The contractor shall have the right to request clarification on this documentation from the Buyer. Requests for clarification shall be submitted in writing at the e-marketplace.
