By submitting an offer as part of this tender, participants automatically accept all conditions of APH Miratorg.

Participants cannot refuse to supply the items for which they have been given bids as part of the tender or increase the price once the offer is submitted. If no delivery or price increases, participants will be blacklisted by companies.

In this tender, the Miratorg APH will take into account participants' prices without VAT! But deliveries will be with actual VAT.

In this tender, each position corresponds to a single lot (1 position = 1 lot), i.e., there will be only one winner for each position. Delivery will be made by one lot. Offers should only be submitted if the participant is willing to put the whole lot in its entirety Partial applications will not be considered.

You must attach the following documents to the application:

- detailed configuration of the proposed items
- certificate confirming the official partner status of the manufacturer. Applications will be considered only from authorised manufacturers partners when granting this certificate

The price must be provided in the Russian Rubles, taking into account the delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. The price should be fixed up to 31.10.2021g.
