Payment terms:the payment for delivery of goods is manufactured in the following order: (a)) 30 (thirty) percent of the goods specified in the contract to be paid within 5 (five) working days after the signing of the Treaty. (b)) 70 (seventy) percent actually delivered goods are paid within 10 (ten) working days from the receipt of the invoice by the customer from the vendor invoice after signing by the parties of heading invoice or invoice (form Torg-12) on goal quantity.
Delivery terms:the delivered product should be suitable for use, and shall be consistent with the functional specifications established by the manufacturer. The goods must be shipped in packaging provided by the manufacturer of the goods.
