Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

TK is attached to the procurement documentation. Appendix No. 1 lists the names of products with the necessary equipment.

a commercial offer indicating the delivery address, the validity period of the CP, the terms of delivery of the Goods, the terms of payment for the Goods and the warranty period and support (according to the TOR).
Offers are accepted via the B2B-Center ETP.

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Требования к гарантийной поддержке поставляемого Товара:1. На поставляемый Товар должна быть предусмотрена гарантия на срок не менее 36 месяцев с даты приемки отгрузочных документов в соответствии с условиями настоящих требований с возможностью ее последующей пролонгации.
2. Поставщик должен предоставить доступ к встроенному программному обеспечению оборудования Производителя по запросу Заказчика.
3. Поставщик должен обеспечить консультирование, диагностирование, восстановление работоспособности и настройку оборудования и ПО в режиме 8х5. Так же поставщик обязан оказывать сервис оперативного приема и фиксирования запросов в режиме 24х7.
4. Все элементы, используемые Поставщиком для замены в целях реализации гарантийного обслуживания, должны быть сертифицированы Производителем и иметь не худшие функциональные характеристики по отношению к заменяемым элементам.
