When conducting a request for proposals, an invitation to participate in the request for proposals together with the documentation for the request for proposals is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the organizer of the request for proposals; an application for participation in a request for proposals is an offer of a potential participant in the request for proposals. In this case, the organizer of the request for proposals does not have the obligation to conclude an agreement based on its results.

Обоснование: Организатор Запроса предложений №2531504 (далее – Запрос предложений) АО «БАЙКАЛ ЭЛЕКТРОНИКС», расположенный по адресу 143421, Московская область, Красногорский район, территория 26 км автодороги «Балтия», бизнес-центр «Рига-Ленд», строение Б2, настоящим Информационным сообщением уведомляет Участников о результатах проведения Запроса предложений:

В срок до 18.12.2020 18:00 (время московское) поступила единственная Заявка на участие в Запросе предложений.

По результатам рассмотрения Заявки, Единая комиссия Общества приняла решение о несоответствии Заявки Участника ООО «Глобал Тек» требованиям Закупочной документации. Предоставленная в составе Заявки спецификация Участника не соответствует требуемым Закупочной документацией Техническим характеристикам.
Единая комиссия Общества приняла решение:
- признать закупку несостоявшейся;
- завершить процедуру закупки, без заключения Договора.
