Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of Products shall be made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 or 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (the date the Buyer signed and sent to it Vendor of invoice on the form of trade 12/receiver/UPD (Universal Transfer Document)) based on the Vendor's invoice. The invoice is invoiced by the Supplier within time and in accordance with the requirements of the Russian NC
If based on the results of the purchase, the contract is with the SME entity to pay for the Products within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the Products (date of signature by the Buyer signed and sent to it by the Vendor on the Barge-12/Receiver-Transfer Design/UPD (Universal Transfer Document)) on the basis of the Vendor's invoice. The invoice is invoiced by the Supplier within time and in accordance with the requirements of the Russian NC
