Российской Федерации. Данная процедура запроса цен также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057 – 1061 части второй Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации. Таким образом, данная процедура запроса цен не накладывает на Организатора соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств.

Поставщиком может быть только производитель либо его официальный диллер, подтверждающий свои полномочия диллерским соглашением и письменным подтверждением от завода-изготовителя.

Участником, до даты вскрытия конвертов, должны быть предоставлены через Систему все требуемые документы в соответствии с условиями настоящей Закупочной документацией в отсканированном виде в доступном для прочтения формате (предпочтительнее формат *.pdf).
В течение 20 рабочих дней после подписания протокола Организатор заключает договор с контрагентом-победителем процедуры. После заключения договора Организатор рассылает в Системе соответствующие уведомления, что является завершением процедуры в Системе.
