-payment for the delivered equipment is made by transfer of funds to the account of the Supplier on the basis of the original invoice received by the Customer, within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing the act of receiving-transfer Equipment
- Payment of commissioning works is made by transfer of funds to the account of the Supplier on the basis of the original invoice received by the Customer within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing the Act on acceptance of the executed works.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
