3. Confirmation of the partner status of Lenovo is the provision of an authorization letter from the vendor.

This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
