Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of the order is made in rubles at the rate of the Central Bank on the payment day within 30 (thirty) calendar days based on the invoice issued by the Seller after delivery of each batch of equipment and signing Seller and Buyer of goods invoices or UPD (100% postpayment). Payment is possible only after the conclusion of the contract. The day of cancellation of funds from the Customer's account is considered the day of fulfillment of obligations under the Chamber.
Delivery terms:Not all lots will be purchased:
- one of the following lots will be purchased - 3, 7 (different versions of one type of server by method of production);
- one of the following lots 9, 10 (different versions of the same type of server by method of production) will be purchased;
- one of the following lots 11, 12 (different versions of the same type of server by method of production) will be purchased;
- one of the following lots 13, 14 (different versions of the same type of server by method of production) will be purchased;
- one of the following lots 15, 16 (different versions of the same type of server by method of production) will be purchased;
- one of the following lots 17, 18 (different versions of the same type of server by method of production) will be purchased;
- one of the following lots 19, 21 (different versions of the same type of server by method of production) will be purchased;
- one of the following lots 23, 24 (different versions of the same type of server by method of production) will be purchased;
- one of the following lots 25, 26 (different versions of the same type of server by method of production)
The choice of the purchase option for each group of lots will be made depending on the total cost of these lots and compliance with their budget (the budget is not disclosed), the priority of the order at the factory execution equipment.

Please note that the procedure is a restart of Request for Proposals No. 2623946 with the change of all procurement documentation files, be sure to read the new requirements if you participated in the previous procedure. The general conditions and lots set have changed, while configurations and the number of equipment inside lots remained unchanged.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
