Terms of delivery:Contractor shall transfer to the Customer the Equipment according to the requirements specification provided in Schedule №1 within 50 (fifty) calendar days from signing the contract, and to perform the commissioning of the Equipment transferred to the Customer according to the requirements specifications provided Schedule 1 and 2, within 14 (fourteen) days from transfer of the equipment.
