The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery time for all lots: see column D in the document "List of lots and configurations for the final site". Very important!

By submitting an offer within the framework of this tender, participants automatically accept all the conditions of ABH Miratorg.

Bidders cannot refuse to supply items for which they have submitted bids within the tender or raise the price after submitting a bid. In case of refusal to supply or increase in price, participants will be included in the "black list" of companies.

In this tender, ABH Miratorg will take into account the prices of participants excluding VAT! But deliveries will be subject to actual VAT.

the equipment must fully comply with the configuration attached to the tender. Lot content, configurations and quantities are indicated in the document "List of lots and configurations for the final site", column E. Lot # 6 - in a separate tab. Bids must be submitted only if the participant is willing to bid the entire lot. Partial applications will not be considered.

Analogs are considered only for lots 1-4 and for the server in lot 8. ...

The following documents must be attached to the application:

- detailed configuration of the offered items. With confirmation of readiness to deliver lots within the required time frame
- a certificate confirming the official status of the manufacturer's partner. Applications will be considered only from authorized partners of manufacturers, when providing this certificate

The price must be provided in Russian rubles, taking into account delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. The price must be fixed by 31.03.2021.
