Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
The bid documentation is attached to the distribution by delivery addresses and Requirements Specifications. Appendix No. 1 lists the names with the required configuration, manufacturer and quantity.
Be sure to ask you to attach
a commercial offer with a detailed description of the configuration, indication of delivery addresses, the validity period of the Commercial Proposal, the delivery dates of the Goods, the terms of payment for the Goods, and the warranty period (according to the Requirements Specification).
