Payment terms:LLC "SC" consent "makes a preliminary payment in the amount of 50% of the capital of the goods under the contract on the basis of the invoice issued by the supplier within 10 (ten) business days from the date of conclusion of the contract. The remaining 50% of the value of the goods under the contract shall be paid by OOO "SC" consent "within 10 (ten) working days from the moment of receipt of the goods in full and of the proper quality, signature of the welded consignment note or the act by both parties and other necessary for Calculations of documents stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
